Bengali Garam Masala | How to make bengali garam masala
Bengali Garam Masala is an aromatic spice mix powder made with warm and fragrant whole spices like Cinnamon, Cardamoms and Cloves. A pinch of bengali garam masala along with a sliver of ghee just takes your dish to the next level.

- 15 grams Cinnamon broken into small pieces
- 30 grams Green Cardamom whole
- 10 grams Cloves
Dry roast cinnamon, cloves and cardamoms in a skillet for 2-3 minutes.
Take it off the heat and allow it to cool completely.
Using a mixer grinder/ food processor/ coffee grinder grind them into a fine powder.
Store it in an airtight glass container. It stays fresh and fragrant for a long period of time (6 months or more).
