Today’s recipe is Dark Chocolate – Crystallised Ginger Icecream. It’s gorgeously creamy, perfectly gingery with a few bit of crystallised ginger here and there and just enough chocolate to balance it out. It makes the perfect end to any meal.

Today’s recipe is Turkish Lamb Lahmacun pronounced as ” Lah-ma-Jun” it is totally a food lover’s dream. Lahmacun, a very popular and famous traditional Turkish dish is also known as “Turkish Pizza”. Though its called pizza it tastes nothing like one.
Lahmacun is a spicy meat dish which consists of spicy minced lamb or beef and vegetable mixture layered on a thin crust bread and baked. Put some salad and squeeze some lemon, wrap it and enjoy!

Today’s recipe is Persian Joojeh Kebab on a bed of Chelo, Fried egg and ShiraziSalad which essentially means delicious fragrant and succulent grilled chicken kebabs served with steamed aromatic buttered rice with a side of fried egg and shirazi salad.
